Vimax pills

Vimax is another well-known penis enhancement brand that has been around for more than 10 years. But unlike VigRX Plus, the Vimax pills has stayed the same since they were introduced. The pills have helped 1000’s of men getting rock hard erections.

Vimax does also include a penis exercise program, but to be honest it’s not that great. I would any day choose the exercise program that come with VigRX Plus.

The pills are cheaper, but they lack a bit in effect and the bonus material is not top quality either.

Male Extra™ pills

Male Extra^TM is my third penis pill choice because of its very unique ingredients. Most penis enhancement pills contain a lot of the same herbs, but Male Extra^TM are completely different. The main ingredient is Pomegranate extract which is full of essential amino acids which are important to a good erection.

The pills had a major update in 2013 where the formula was improved a lot and that’s the reason why Male Extra^TM has made it to the top 3 male enhancement pills.

What is Male enhancement pills (Also known as “Strong erection pills”)?

What is a male enhancement pills and what will it do for me? This is a very important question since a lot of people misunderstand the main purpose of male enhancement pills. Let’s get it clear – Male enhancement pills will not increase your penis size permanently. It will increase your penis size during an erection while you take the pills, but not permanent.

But, you can make it a permanent size increase if you perform penis exercises together with the use of male enhancement products. That’s why almost all male enhancement pills come with an exercise program.

How does male enhancement products work?

The way male enhancement pills work is actually quite simple, they basically increase the blood flow to your penis which makes it bigger during an erection.

Blood is pumped into your corpora cavernosa (see image below.) when you get an erection, the more blood your corpora cavernosa can contain, the bigger your penis gets.

When you perform penis exercises the corpora cavernosa get stretched longer and thicker so it can contain more blood which makes your penis bigger. If you do the exercises a few times the tissue will just retract, but if you continue to perform the exercises each day then the increased size will be permanent.

What results can I expect from them?

Most websites that sell enhancement pills will tell you that their pills will increase your penis size with 2-3 inches (5 – 7.5cm) but that’s completely unrealistic. The pills that will give you the largest increase in size is VigRX Plus and Male Extra pills and they will “only” increase your penis size with around 1 inch (2.5cm) but that is still a very nice size increase that you could achieve in just 6 months.

In addition to the size increase you should see other results such as:

Are male enhancement pills safe?

Yes, none of the pills I have reviewed on this site (over 15 different brands) are unsafe! But, a few people might be allergic to some of the ingredients in some of the pills. Make sure you read the entire ingredient list, if you find one that you might be allergic to, then simple choose another brand of  strong erection pills that don’t contain that ingredient.

There are several different types of male enhancement pills. The ingredients contained in these pills varies and each ingredient has unique benefits.

Any pills that you purchase should have a list of the ingredients on the packaging. Look for this list before purchasing. Because the combinations of different ingredients and the quantity of each impacts how effective the pills are, you’ll need to be aware of what you’re taking.

The ingredients below is the most commonly used ingredients:

Tribulus Terrestris

This is an herb that is used widely by bodybuilders and other athletes who lift weights. It’s reputed to be the secret ingredient used by power athletes in Bulgaria. This herb builds muscle mass by increasing the production of testosterone. If used regularly, it stimulates the growth of your muscles and boosts your libido while providing added strength and power when you perform in bed.

Saw Palmetto

The active compounds in Saw Palmetto include tannins, polysaccharides, volatile oil and steroidal saponin. This is a plant that looks similar to the top of a palm tree. It’s found in North America and is rumored to have been used by early settlers and Native Americans to deal with a variety of bodily issues including urinary tract infections and problems related to the reproductive system and genitals.

This herb is still administered to treat issues with the urinary tract and mens’ prostate. It’s reported to have a soothing and healing influence on the bladder and prostate. Saw Palmetto is also known to be helpful in strengthening body tissue, an obvious benefit to penis enlargement.

Most of the rotten eggs have been removed from the industry, but there are still some companies that sell completely useless products at high prices.

How to avoid getting scammed

• The best way to not get ripped off while buying male enhancement pills is to look for some obvious signs that scream “too good to be true.”
• Never enter “free trials” that ask for your credit card details.
• Never trust products making outrageous claims like add 3 inches in a week.
• Don’t fall for brands that advertise themselves to have a secret formula not available elsewhere.
• Don’t trust a manufacturer that does not reveal their contact details.

Should I choose male enhancement pills or another penis enlargement method?

There are two reasons why you should choose to buy male enhancement pills:

1. You have a hard time getting an erection, keeping an erection or have a soft erection. Male enhancement pills will help you if you suffer from any/or more of the 3 erection problems.
2. You want to enlarge your penis with pills and exercises because you don’t have the time it takes to use a penis extender.

You should not buy male enhancement pills if you want to:

1. Increase your penis size permanently with just male enhancement pills. (This does simply not work that way)
2. Get rid of your erection dysfunction forever. Male enhancement pills are unfortunately only temporary.

If you want to enlarge your penis and don’t have the time to use a penis extender, but want to perform penis exercises, then this is a perfect option for you. It might be a bit expensive since you need at least 4 (6 months is recommended) months’ supply of pills but it is very fast compared to using a penis extender.
