How does the Phallosan Forte work?
The Phallosan Forte works just like any traditional penis extender – by pulling your penis longer. The constant pulling force promote cell division in your penis tissue thus making it permanently bigger.
Cell division is a slow process that’s why the amount of time you use the device is so important.
How to use the device:
The device can be a bit tricky to setup the first couple of times, but you should get the hang of it after a few times.
All you have to do:
- Take the belt and adjust it to the longest setting with the buckle(B).
- Select the suction bell/sleeve that fits your penis size (measuring template is included).
- Attach the sleeve to the bell by rolling the sleeve over the edge of the bell
- Put the pump device on top of the bell (where the arrows meet each other)
- Secure the drawbar on the top of the bell and pull it over the pump device.
- Take the “protector cap” and spread it with you thumb and index finger – then place it over your penis glans.
- Roll the sleeve back to the edge of the bell.
- Insert your penis into the bell and roll the sleeve back again.
- Turn the green valve to the pump signal and activate the suction pump.
- Set the green valve to the lock symbol to maintain the vacuum in the bell.
- Take the belt and push the foam ring around the device to the base of your penis.
- Lay the belt around your hips and attach it to the end of the Phallosan Forte device.
- Adjust the belt with the push buckle to add stretch to your penis.
- Use the device.
How long time should I use it?
The most important factor of a successful penis enlargement with a penis extender is the amount of time you stretch your penis. It is however also important to let your body rest and recover that’s why I always recommend 1 rest day each week.
Beginner guide to Phallosan Forte
Before you start:
Know your device, read the manual and try to assemble the device and change bells, sleeves and pump before you start using it.
Week one:
Take it easy the first week – Wear the device for 1-2 hours the first 2 days and add 1 hour every two days. On day 6 you should be able to wear it between 4-5 hours. Take day number 7 “off” rest is important and you should always let your penis rest for 1 day once a week.
Week two:
Increase your daily hours with 1 every day until you get up to around 8-10 hours. This is the recommend time you should aim for at the end of week two. Remember to take a rest day!
Week three plus:
You should continue using the device between 8-10 hours each day from the third week and forward.
Note: You can use it more than 10 hours a day but 8-10 hours is perfect for most guys!
Why should I pick this instead of a traditional extender?
There are a few good reasons why you should pick the Phallosan forte over other traditional penis extenders (SizeGenetics, Jes Extender, Male Edge and X4 labs). It’s much more comfortable to wear the Phallosan Forte because you get rid of the noose system that almost all penis extenders use (the noose system can be very painful to use).
You can also wear the device under your cloth without looking like a complete idiot – Other penis extenders claim that it’s also the case with their product, but trust me, it’s NOT!

How does this compare to a bathmate pump? I was looking at your reviews and I can’t decide if I should go for a pump or an extender???

I would go for the Phallosan Forte if you are after length gains. The bathmate pump (and other pumps) are mainly for girth gains.
It’s a good mindset you have about the time and money, it does cost some money and you have to spend the hours to get any real results.

I have both and they work very well together. The bathmate works as mostly a girth enhancer and possibly goes away in a couple days without use of the Phallosan. I swear, the base of your penis will get wide using both pretty quickly.

I’m not 100% sure what you are asking but I’ll try my best to answer. Yes the Phallosan works just like an extender and you wil see gains when you use it for an extended period of time. 1 inch after 1000 hours is a realistic gain, just like a penis extender.

I just now made an order for Bathmate,I am looking for Girth and length both, but as I read at many places that Bathmate along with Jelq can be starters and later one can go for extenders..
I have pubic fat of about 1.3 inches too..So you think I should invest even in Phallosan Forte? Or wait for 6 months and see results with bathmate and then go for this.

Can I truly wear it during sleep? I can only get a semi erection in the device, and I heard that the penis needs full night time erections, to remove toxins, keep penile health in check, etc. Is this true? I don’t want to restrict my night time erections to only semi, and not full.
